- Presentation and discussion with representatives for the New York City Housing Authority on the Wyckoff Gardens NextGen Neighborhoods project, a program which enables NYCHA to generate revenue to reinvest back into their development sites by leveraging a 50-50 split of market-rate and affordable housing units though the construction of new housing units.
- Presentation and discussion with representatives for the Industrial Jobs Coalition which is composed of policy advocates, business providers, and non-profit developers from across the City to ensure economic equity for all New Yorkers but ensuring that the industrial and manufacturing sector continues to play a vital role.
