Please join us for the CHA’s Annual Fall Meeting!

In addition to community updates on issues like the BQE, pedestrian safety, and construction, we will also be discussing STREET TREES. How do you get one? How do you care for one? Come to the meeting and hear from Samuel A. Bishop II, the Director of Urban Forestry and Education at Trees New York. Sam has over ten years of experience in urban and community forestry. At Trees New York, he oversees all adult environmental education programs, tree plantings and green infrastructure projects.

We are also happy to announce that many of our elected officials will be attending in person, to provide updates and answer your questions, including Assembly Member Jo Anne Simon, State Senator Andrew Gounardes, and Council Member Shahana Hanif. John Blasco, a Deputy District Director for Congressman Dan Goldman that focuses on pedestrian safety and BQE, will also be in attendance to provide updates from his office.
