River Park, LICH’s condo-ified future, drops its first listings

The redevelopment of Cobble Hill’s Long Island College Hospital passed a tipping point in late March, when the campus was rebranded as River Park. The first big rollout under that rebranding happened this morning, when a number of condos in the historic Polhemus Building, along with two of the new Polhemus Townhouses, hit the market.
