Cobble Hill Association Annual Spring Meeting 2025
May 29 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
All are invited to attend our Annual Spring Meeting on Thursday, May 29th at Christ Church (326 Clinton Street) from 6-8pm. As reflected in the below agenda, we will cover neighborhood updates and elections in the first hour, and then use the second half of the meeting to discuss the Brooklyn Marine Terminal (BMT) Waterfront Redevelopment. We anticipate beginning the BMT discussion at 7pm.
If you plan to attend in person, please RSVP so we know how many chairs to set up. We are unlikely to hit capacity for the venue, but if we do, priority will go to members and those who have RSVP’d.
Our strong preference is for in-person attendance, but this year we are also offering a view-only zoom option. This is a separate RSVP. If you want to watch via zoom, you need to register to receive the link here.
CHA Annual Spring Meeting 2025

Is there something specific you would like the CHA to address or have a specific BMT question, we encourage you to email us ahead of time at cha@cobblehill.nyc.
At the meeting on May 29th, the Nominating Committee will report the nominations for the CHA Board to the membership, at which time CHA members may make additional nominations from the floor. [CHA bylaws Article 7 Section 3 (d)]. Although anyone who wants to can and should attend the meeting in person, only those members who live within the Cobble Hill Historic District (and are physically present) will be able to vote.
