The Cobble Hill Halloween Parade will take place on October 31 at 4:00pm, rain or shine.  Join us in Cobble Hill Park starting at 3:30pm to enjoy decorations and dance along with the Brass Queens before they lead the parade out of the Congress Street park entrance promptly at 4:00 PM. The NYPD will have the streets surrounding the parade route closed off to keep everyone safe.  Drivers plan accordingly!
