The Cobble Hill Halloween Parade is ON - rain or shine. This year’s parade will once again be led by the incomparable Brass Queens. Music starts in Cobble Hill Park at 3:30pm, and the parade leaves from the Congress Street entrance exactly at 4pm. After the parade, stick around for some of the best trick-or-treating in Brooklyn!
