New All-Day Cafe on Court Street Boasts On-Site Coffee Roaster

CARROLL GARDENS – A new cafe and “roastery” is bringing both specialty coffee and cocktails, as well as a hearty all-day food menu, to Carroll Gardens next month. East One Coffee Roasters, owned by Tom Cummings and Morten Tjelum, will open April 6 at 384 Court St., according to a press release.
